Clearing your Record in Minnesota & Wisconsin

Under certain circumstances you may be able to have your records sealed or expunged entirely. Judicial records may be sealed if a case was resolved in your favor or in the interests of justice when the benefit to you outweighs the public's right to know. The courts in Minnesota may also order the sealing of executive branch records under certain circumstances.
